7-Eleven Australia has won the 2024 Australian Retailers Association Innovation Excellence Award for its My 7-Eleven app and digital innovation.
The award recognises a retailer who embraces innovation within its organisation and has effectively implemented a new and forward-thinking strategy.
Fiona Hayes, CEO and Managing Director of 7-Eleven Australia, said to be among an impressive finalist group was great recognition of the work the entire business has done to implement its digital innovation strategy based around the needs of its customers.
“To win the category however speaks volumes as to the hard work of our extraordinary team to develop and implement customer focused digital innovation strategy at scale.”

Hayes congratulated everyone at 7-Eleven who contributed to supporting the app, from app development, technology foundations, product offers and deals, fuel price lock, customer engagement communications, customer service, store leaders and store teams, and many others.
