7-Eleven’s fuel pass card has received a five-star rating from Canstar Blue in the Most Satisfied Customer 2022 Awards Small Business Fuel Card category.
Matt Keogh, Executive General Manager – Product at 7-Eleven, said the award was a credit to the entire team who worked on providing a rewards card tailored to the needs of small to medium businesses.
“Winning the Canstar Blue 2022 Most Satisfied Customers Award in this category is an extraordinary effort by the entire team to design a competitive fuel card offer, and then provide a market leading in-store offer and overall customer service experience,” he said.
“Our customers are at the heart of how we design our products. In the case of our fuel card, we want to ensure we provide a solution that gives our customers the value, simplicity and security that they need to manage the fuel costs of their businesses.
“7-Eleven Fuel Pass card offers discounts on every litre of quality Mobil fuels purchased at 7-Eleven’s more than 550 fuel stores nationwide. It has no transaction or joining fee, and instead offers a low monthly card fee of $2.75 per card each month,” said Keogh.
Keogh said the 7-Eleven fuel card is popular because it gives businesses maximum flexibility. Not only is it accepted at other fuel outlets that use the WEX Motorpass network, but there’s also no lock-in contract, up to 44 payment-free days, and multiple payment options.
“I am proud of the work of the team that has led to this recognition from Canstar Blue, and most importantly our customers,” said Keogh. “It’s fantastic to see we are leading the market in the offer and experience we provide to fuel card customers.”
