7-Eleven Australia’s Fuel Pass fuel card has won Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers 2024 Award in the Small to Medium Business Fuel Cards category.
7-Eleven’s Fuel Pass received five stars for Overall Satisfaction, beating cards from Caltex, Ampol, Shell, and BP.
Jason Tran, Head of Fuel, said the award recognises the work of the 7-Eleven team to provide small and medium businesses with a fuel card product convenient for their needs.
“At 7-Eleven, our ambition is to be ‘My Convenient Neighbourhood Store’ for more Australians. From a fuel perspective, this means having more fuel stores in more neighbourhoods based on our customers’ needs.
“Given how critical small and medium businesses are in Australia, it’s important to us that our fuel card gives small and medium business customers value, as well as convenient, simple and secure ways to manage their fuel costs.’
7-Eleven’s Fuel Pass gives customers discounts across a wide range of fuel options, including 7 cents off per litre for the 11 months of a customer’s membership. It has no joining fee and offers a low monthly card fee.
“It also gives business owners a choice of offers: fuel only, fuel and vehicle type products, or the combined 7-Eleven fuel and convenience offer. This mechanism and the range of other controls businesses can set are designed to allow them the flexibility to choose what works for their business.
“It gives users additional flexibility as it is also accepted at other fuel outlets via the WEX Motorpass network across Australia. There’s no lock in contracts, up to 44 payment free days, and multiple payment options to choose from,” said Tran.
