Celebrity chef Adriano Zumbo has collaborated with Australian popcorn brand Cobs Popcorn to create two desserts using the Cobs’ range, the Petite Popcorn Bucket and the Popcorn Dessert Blowout.
The Petite Popcorn Bucket is a combination of raspberry gel, caramel vanilla crème fraiche mouse, chocolate caramel, and Cobs Popcorn – all assembled to look like a miniature popcorn bucket. The Popcorn Dessert Blowout contains salted popcorn mousse, passionfruit crème, vanilla vinegar coconut meringue, and a popcorn rocher glaze combines to give that delectable popcorn taste.
To celebrate the reveal of the Petite Popcorn Bucket and Popcorn Dessert Blowout, Zumbo and Cobs will be making their recipes available to the public for the very first time in a series of recipe cards.
Cobs Popcorn is also calling on fans to channel their inner chef and try making one of the Adriano Zumbo deserts using Cobs Popcorn. Zumbo’s latest book, ‘The Zumbo Files’, and a box of Cobs Popcorn worth $200 are up for grabs to those who post their creations using the hashtags #cobspopcorn and #cobsrecipe. The competition closes on December 4, with winners to be announced on December 7.
