The Tobacco Station Group (TSG) franchise has been advertised for sale.
The advertisement, published in the Australian Financial Review earlier this week, states the group, which is made up of more than 350 franchises across Australia, generated revenues of more than $4.7 million during the 2015 financial year.
The advertisement also reports 65 per cent of current franchisees are secured under agreements that have between two and five years remaining, adding that contract renewal rates have typically been high.
Business assets, including all contracts, trademarks and intellectual property required to operate the business are covered by the sale. The sale is being conducted by Pitcher Partners.
C&I Week reached out to TSG and Pitcher Partners but did not receive responses at time of publication.
