Ansell has announced it would commit a portion of sales from some of its best-selling products to charity, with the Sexual Wellness Division kicking off two campaigns in late October to benefit beyondblue and the McGrath Foundation .
“Sexual health is at the core of what we do, but we see the overall health and happiness of our customers as fundamental to the success of our business as a whole,” says Jeyan Heper, president and general manager of Sexual Wellness at Ansell. “Our partnerships with beyondblue and McGrath Foundation support this vision and are just one of the things we’re doing to help make a positive impact in Australia.”
In the last decade, Ansell has donated more than 2.5 million condoms to various organisations including charities, medical clinics, crisis accommodation, hostels and schools. This year alone, Ansell has donated 300,000 condoms to Family Planning Australia and sexual education programs in schools around the country.
Ansell’s premium and innovative condom brand SKYN Condoms is contributing $1 of sales from its SKYN Original 20 Pack Condoms this October and November to beyondblue, helping the charity provide information and support to men when the going gets tough and promoting good mental health for all.
$1 of Coles’ sales from feminine hygiene brand amele™ Essential Intimate Wash and Intimate Freshen-Up Wipes, and Ansell Silky Smooth Personal Lubricant will be donated to the McGrath Foundation this month, helping fund the charity’s breast care nurse program.
Ansell’s Sexual Wellness Division includes condoms, personal lubricant and feminine products. Products are available at Coles, Woolworths, pharmacies and leading convenience retailers nationwide and online at ansellcondoms.com.au.
