A car has been driven through the front of a BP and Wild Bean Cafe on the Great Western Highway, in Western Sydney.
The Sydney petrol station in Minchinbury was attended by Fire & Rescue NSW St Marys, as well as Ropes Crossing and Blacktown fire crews. Mount Druitt Police also attended the scene.
C&I understands that the car was driven by an elderly female who was treated at the scene by ambulances. No staff were injured.
A spokesperson from BP said: “BP can confirm an incident took place at BP Minchinbury this morning. BP staff quickly initiated safety protocols before calling police, who then managed the situation at site”.
Fire & Rescue NSW Station 077 St Marys said via its Facebook page that there were no injuries to occupants of the building.
