It’s likely to be a very different Mother’s Day for many of us, but Cadbury has ensured we can still send mum some love, with the release of a specially designed box of Roses.
Collaborating with Australian illustrator Sarah Hankinson, the brand has designed the limited edition gift box, which swaps the traditional purple packaging for a white box with painterly soft pink hued roses and butterflies.
Cadbury’s senior marketing manager Kathy De Lullo said she hoped it inspired people to say thank you to the women in their lives.
“Mother’s Day is going to be very different this year. It comes as a reminder of the importance of the bond we have with our Mother’s at a time when family has never been so important. We hope this limited-edition gift box of Cadbury Roses inspires Australians to ‘say thank you’ to the important women in their lives at a time when we’re physically distanced from one another.”
While the design might be different, boxes still contain the same delicious selection of chocolates, such as Classic Milk, Hazelnut Creme Crisp, Vanilla Nougat, White Raspberry, Caramel Deluxe, Hazelnut Swirl, Turkish Delight, Classic Caramel, Peppermint Crème Crunch and Dark Mocha Nougat flavours.
The 450g boxes retail for $15.50 and are available nationally at supermarket and department stores.
I recieved a box of the Mothers Day Roses chocolates yesterday. They were fantastic. The chocolates were different to what I remember roses being. Loved them, especially the white raspberry, and the Turkish delight. Thanks Cadbury.
