Woolworths’ Metro60 service will be delivering both groceries and Santa to homes in select suburbs across Sydney and Melbourne this week.
From Monday 5 December to Friday 9 December, between 4pm and 8pm, customers in the select suburbs, who spend the minimum delivery order of $20 and opt-in to the Santa photo, will have a photographer, Santa, and of course their groceries delivered to their home in under an hour.
David Berger, Co-Founder at Metro60, said taking photos with Santa is an age-old holiday tradition, capturing special memories for families that are well treasured.
“This year, Metro60 will be not only the most convenient way to get your groceries delivered in under 60 minutes, but the easiest and most magical way to surprise your family, kids, or pets with an early visit from Santa.”
Customers can opt-in by using the promo code SANTA when checking out during their delivery order. Metro60 is also offering customers who purchase certain participating products the chance to win one weekly prize of $5,000 and a major prize of $100,000.
“We’re always looking to provide more value to customers, especially during another challenging year. Offering customers a visit from Santa for family photos will do what our grocery service does: give time-poor customers some valuable time back so they can spend it doing the things they love.”
