Over 100 exhibitors across an array of categories have locked in their spots for C&I Expo 2024 on 29-30 October 2024 in Melbourne.
With exhibitors spanning every category and service a retailer could need, from the latest F&B innovations, fresh food, display solutions, cooking and refrigeration equipment, forecourt technology, payment systems, gifts and accessories, there is something there for every retailer.
Lisa Reid from Sodexo, who attended last year’s show, said the C&I Expo is a great opportunity to connect with businesses and unlock opportunities to grow.
“We have come to look at new products, with a goal of coming away from the show with a couple of nuggets and opportunities that maybe we hadn’t thought of before. There are certainly a few new products I have seen that we will range in our business as a result of being at the show.”
Attendees also have the chance to see new product innovations from suppliers, with one example from last year being Wimmers’ new Pink Hibiscus flavour, the first new flavour it has launched in ten years.
“We had an awesome response to the flavour, and we just can’t keep up with sampling,” said Simon Rathbone from Wimmers.
Safa de Valois, Group Publisher of C&I Media, emphasised the unique opportunity that the show provides to retailers.
“Retailers have the chance to meet suppliers face-to-face and, as we’ve seen in previous years, there’s always the opportunity of snagging a deal you otherwise wouldn’t get. You also open yourself to discovering new and interesting products that may not be available in competitors stores.”
The C&I Expo 2024 will take place on 29-30 October at MCEC Melbourne and is free for retailers to attend. Register here.
