D.Jays and Truckin Jerky, popular biltong and beef jerky brands, have secured ranging across Viva Energy’s network of petrol stations.
Initially starting in 380 sites from late October, D.Jays and Trucking Jerky hope to create a long-standing relationship with Viva and distribute their products throughout Viva’s entire network.
Arron Zamel, General Manager of D.Jays Gourmet, said they are excited by the opportunity to launch into one of Australia’s leading C&I groups.
“Our customers are always crying out for more reach, so we are hoping this will be the start of getting our products into their hands more conveniently.
“From initial talks with the team at Viva, the whole process has been made so easy and everyone was so friendly. It’s been a real pleasure.”
Zamel explained he believes that jerky and biltong are really driving the healthy snacking category and are pleased to be a part of that growth.
“It’s an exciting time for us as producers to see consumers continuing to enjoy our products across the country.
“We look forward to products hitting the shelves and can’t wait to see the results. We know it’s going to be a lot of hard work, but we have never shied away from a challenge like this.”
