The world’s first safe to drink Raw Milk – Made By Cow – has been awarded ‘Best New Dairy Drink’ at the recent World Beverage Innovation Awards in Frankfurt.
Made By Cow founder Saxon Joye was ecstatic to receive the prestigious award. “We’ve poured our hearts and souls into creating a revolutionary new product that allows people to drink milk the way farmers do, so we’re absolutely thrilled that the safety and quality of Made by Cow has been recognised at these prestigious international awards,” Mr Saxon said.
Made by Cow is the only cold pressed raw milk approved by the NSW Food Authority and is produced from a single Jersey Herd on NSW’s South Coast.
Made by Cow uses a patented breakthrough method that focuses on careful herd management and more hygienic milking practices and is bottled straight from the cow within hours and put under intense water pressure, compressing both the bottle and milk inside for several minutes.
The ‘cold pressed’ method eliminates any harmful bacteria and is gentler on milk’s natural nutrients. The result is a deliciously creamy “un-messed with” milk that contains more of milk’s natural goodness, 100 per cent safe from harmful bacteria.
Launched in June this year, Made By Cow promises a safe way for people to enjoy the natural, tasty, nutritious goodness of raw milk, without heat pasteurisation or homogenisation.
Made by Cow is available at selected IGA stores, Harris Farm Markets, About Life and at a range of independent food retailers across Australia.
Great! When will it be available in central Victoria?
