Premium fuel retailer, BP has reached one million members with its BP Rewards program, after launching it just seven months ago.
BP Rewards launched in March this year in partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer and David Jones.
Members can earn two points per litre on BP Ultimate 98 Unleaded petrol, one point per litre on all other fuel, and one point for every dollar spent on eligible products in-store.
BP Rewards has seen members earn more than 800 million BP Points and Qantas Points, cashing in more than $1.5 million worth of fuel and in-store purchases
Adam Arnold, General Manager, Marketing and Innovation at BP, says that the program gives members flexibility to choose the way in which they earn and spend.
“We’re thrilled to be celebrating this one million milestone so soon after launching BP Rewards.
“It’s great to be able to offer BP Rewards members the choice and flexibility to be rewarded their way, whether that be with dollars off at BP, eGift Cards to go shopping with David Jones or even Qantas Points for that holiday they’ve been dreaming of,” he says.
BP is one of Australia’s leading fuel retailers, having celebrated its 100-year anniversary in 2019. It currently has 1,400 branded retail fuel sites across the country, with around 350 of those being company owned and 1,000 owned and operated by independent business partners.
