Cadbury has announced that due to rising costs, the size of Cadbury Family Blocks will reduce.
A statement by the brand stated: “Rather than rising the recommended retail price, we’ve made the call to reduce the size of our Cadbury family blocks, and also bring down the recommended retail price slightly”.
“We know some will be disappointed by this change, but we want to keep offering you the best value and best tasting chocolate we can,” the statement said.
“You can rest assured that the ingredients and recipes deliver the smooth, creamy taste of Cadbury chocolate remain the same.”
Cadbury said it was committed to delivering Australia’s favourite chocolate at the best possible price.
How much Annual profit is Cadbury making each year? That they have to reduce the size of the block of chocolate? Is this a ploy to get people to buy more?
