Coca-Cola Amatil has announced group chief financial officer Martyn Roberts will depart the company.
Announcing the move yesterday, Amatil said Mr Roberts had resigned to take up a position at an ASX listed health focussed company.
He will remain with the company to present the FY2019 results and depart in early 2020.
Mr Roberts joined the company in 2015 and was responsible for aiding the company through their two-year business transformation (due for completion at the end of the year), including with their regional beverage powerhouse and in developing finance capability.
Amatil have said they remain committed to target a ‘mid-single digit earnings per share’ growth from 2020, as part of their shareholder value proposition.
They will begin seeking Mr Robert’s replacement with an internal and external search.
