Coca-Cola Amatil have scored another lucrative deal, signing on as the principal partner of the new Sydney Zoo.
The five-year deal will see the company become the official non-alcohol beverage supplier.
The western Sydney based zoo, which opened last week, expects to attract one million visitors per year.
And keeping in line with the zoo’s sustainability targets, all of Coca-Cola Amatil’s plastic bottles will be made entirely from recycled materials.
The news follows other key partnerships for the company, including Hilton Hotels, Oporto, Pizza Hut, Hungry Jack’s and Red Rooster.
Beyond their beverage offerings, they have also become the zoo’s meerkat habitat sponsors and will support a staff-volunteering program.
