A deal has been finalised between Australian Fresh Milk Holdings (AFMH) and Coomboona Dairy.
Freedom Foods confirmed that Australian Fresh Milk Holdings in which it owns 10 percent stake, had made the purchase InsideFMCG reported.
According to InsideFMCG, the acquisition will expand the AFMH production to delivering sustainable production of high-quality milk.
