The company are now offering users the option to order food through their Google Search and Maps functions. Food retailers available on the service include Boost Juice, Chatime, Domino’s, Grill’d, Guzman y Gomez, Pizza Hut and selected local cafes.
While the majority of orders will be for pick up only, Pizza Hut and select Domino’s stores will offer the option for delivery.
The service went live mid-December and more restaurants are expected to join in the coming months.
Users searching for food through Google Search or maps – including by name or cuisine, can then clock through to oder and choose their preferred pick up location and even pay with Google Pay. It will also remember your order, allowing customers to set a default dish for repeat orders.
