On Friday 15th September, JB Distributors announced the winners of its annual supplier and personnel awards.
The gala dinner took place at Ovolo Woollomooloo and was attended by 170 suppliers, media and staff.
JB Distributors owner Bruce Spiteri presented the awards to the following recipients:
- Product launch of the year: Yowie
- Novelty product supplier of the year: Candy Brokers
- Confectionery supplier of the year – under $2M: Kinnerton
- Confectionery supplier of the year – over $2M:
The Smiths Snack Food Company team accept their award for best Snack Food supplier over $500K Nestle
- Grocery supplier of the year: Mrs Macs
- Beverage supplier of the year – under $500K: Mountain Fresh Juices
- Beverage supplier of the year – over $500K: Redbull
- Snack supplier of the year – under $500K: JC Quality Foods
- Snack supplier of the year – over $500K: Smiths Snack Food Company
- Account manager of the year: Mark Campbell, Smiths Snack Food Company
- Sales representative of the year: Neil Brooks
