Kimberly Clark Australia (K-CA) has appointed Jessica Renton as Head of Supply Chain after joining the company just 15 months ago.
With two decades of experience across manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and healthcare, Renton joined K-CA as Logistics and Operations Manager in March 2023, swiftly taking increased accountability of planning and safety just six months later.
Renton explained that she’s relished every opportunity that’s come her way at KC-A and couldn’t be more thrilled to be taking a step up as ANZ’s Head of Supply Chain.
“The business understands the role that operational excellence plays in not only supporting its growth, but the relationship it holds with customers and consumers across the region – and as we strive towards making further sustainability and efficiency improvements, I look forward to playing a key role in driving us forwards.”
As Head of Supply Chain, Renton will spearhead the transformation of K-CA’s supply network, playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and unlocking further growth for the business and its portfolio of personal care brands – including Huggies, U by Kotex, Poise, and Depend.
Belinda Driscoll, Managing Director for K-CA, said joining a leadership team that’s fully committed to flexibility and inclusion, Renton’s appointment reflects the opportunities available to exceptional talent at K-CA – regardless of their gender.
