Pat and Stick’s Homemade Ice Cream has expanded its product portfolio with a range of packaged cookie chips, including a new Vegan option.
According to Stick from Pat and Stick’s, the new cookies are produced within the company’s manufacturing facility in Sydney utilising the dedicated baking line that makes the cookies for the company’s well-known ice cream sandwiches.
“Our unique production process lets us make mini cookies that are incredibly thin and super crispy,” Stick told C&I Week.
“To take advantage of the specialised baking line, we have released a range of mini cookie chips in 170g snack-sized bags available in three flavours – Sea Salt Caramel, Coconut Crisp and Chocolate Chip.
“The cookies contain all-natural ingredients and real butter – not margarine – to ensure a clean taste and great texture,” he said.
Pat and Stick’s will be launching a new 40g impulse size as well as a plant-based range featuring a vegan butter and vegan egg substitutes later in the year to coincide with the company’s 15th anniversary in October.
