A man appeared in court this week following an armed robbery in Pendle Hill.
According to NSW Police, the man entered a 7-Eleven service station in Pendle Hill around 2.40am on the 12 December.
The man stole both cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene.
Officers from Parramatta Police Area Command and the Dog Squad attended and following inquiries, arrested a 24-year-old man nearby,” NSW Police said.
“He was taken to Parramatta Police Station and charged with robbery armed with offensive weapon.”
Seven News said the man threatened staff at the 7-Eleven with a knife.
