PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand has appointed the former head of Kimberly-Clark Australia and New Zealand, Robbert Rietbroek, as its new CEO.
Rietbroek will have overall responsibility for PepsiCo ANZ’s snacks, beverages, and oats businesses, and its portfolio of brands including Smith’s and Bluebird Potato Chips, Pepsi Max and Gatorade.
Rietbroek joins PepsiCo from Kimberly-Clark Australia, where he was MD and CEO Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Rietbroek spent 16 years at Procter & Gamble.
Rietbroek is a board member of the Australian Food & Grocery Council (AFGC), is Chairman of the AFGC Health, Nutrition and Scientific Affairs Committee and a Director on the board for the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Australia.
