Shelby’s has launched a new range of cookies that sit firmly in the ‘better for you’ category.
The range is made without butter, eggs or dairy products and includes Chocolate Chip, Double Choc Hazelnut and Raspberry and White Chocolate cookies.
According to the company, Shelby’s cookies are designed to be a sensory experience that positively impact the body and mind.
Shelby Scholes, CEO and founder at Shelby’s, said the new range was a logical step for the Melbourne-based brand.
“Cookies were the next logical step for Shelby’s because it’s where we knew could add the most value for consumers and one that would enable us to further empower indulgence without insecurity; previously you needed to make a choice between indulgent taste and clean ingredients,” Shelby said. “That’s why we created the cookies – to prove you can have it all.”
