For the fourth year in a row, Sodexo has earned the Advocate designation in the 2023 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark.
Sodexo maintained its score of 91.9 per cent, reaching the top-level ranking in the benchmark, highlighting the company’s performance and commitment to high standards of LGBTIQ+ inclusion among globally renowned organisations.

The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark evaluates the LGBTIQ+ inclusion standards among organisations, with a detailed review and analysis of eight key items supporting LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the workplace: Policy and Communication, Employee Networks, Workplace Awareness, Support and Benefits, Inclusion and Engagement, Expertise and Monitoring, Business and Supplier Engagement, Impact on Society.
