SPAR has been rated Australia’s most satisfactory convenience store in a recent study conducted by Canstar Blue.
The company ranked number one across all categories including value for money, customer service, variety of products available, layout of store, and overall satisfaction.
Lou Jardin, Managing Director of SPAR says it’s no surprise, due to the investments that the company has made in the business.
“Over the last 10 years SPAR has invested heavily in both the quality and expertise of our retailers. You add this to the significant investment in the look and feel of the store makes each store a significant contributor to each local community SPAR is represented in.
“SPAR has extensively developed a range of products both corporate and propriety brands that stand us apart from other convenience stores. The SPAR brand of products has seen significant improvement in range and quality but most importantly at competitive prices.
Jardin added that being part of SPAR International has allowed them to further increase customer satisfaction.
“Our partnership with SPAR International has provided access to international trends where SPAR is the leader in convenience in many European countries. You add all these together and SPAR is producing a winning formula that has seen us outperform the market.”
The study of 1300 consumers listed SPAR the top convenience store over a range of competitors with Night Owl, 7-Eleven, IGA X-press and EzyMart rounding out the top five.
