Viva Energy has announced a raft of changes to its executive leadership team, including the appointment of Jevan Bouzo to Chief Executive of Convenience and Mobility.
The newly formed role is responsible for the Coles Express and Viva Energy Retail businesses, as well as the broader development and execution of new energies and mobility related offers as they are implemented across the retail network.
Scott Wyatt, CEO of Viva Energy, said the leadership team changes will support the company’s transformation agenda which includes the recent acquisition of Coles Express.
“Jevan was an integral member of the leadership team that transitioned the Company from private ownership to a public listing. He has been an outstanding Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and will bring a deep knowledge of our business, markets, and strategic agenda to this important new role driving our evolving Convenience and Mobility business.”
Bouzo joined Viva Energy in 2015, was appointed CFO in 2018 and to the expanded role of Chief Operating and Financial Officer in 2021.
In these roles, Bouzo has been responsible for supply chain operations, distribution and logistics, fuel procurement, scheduling, wholesale supply and commercial pricing as well as finance, tax, treasury, group procurement and insurance, and he played an integral role in the listing of Viva Energy on ASX.
Other changes include the appointment of Carolyn Pedic to CFO and Jennifer Gray to General Manager, Supply Chain.

“Jennifer Gray has had an extensive career with Viva Energy and Shell, most recently as CEO Liberty Wholesale, and brings significant supply chain and operations experience to the EGM Supply Chain role.”
